The QBSA Quality Commitment

The Quality and Business Standards Alliance and its members are committed to the attainment of a quality of service and product that meets the expectations of their customers and the users of their products and services.

We are committed to extending current levels of quality and business standards and to offering them for supply. Moreover where it is within the means of QBSA and its members to offer enhanced levels of quality and business standards then these shall not be withheld.

The commitment extends to anticipating user needs for quality and business standards and meeting those needs within the constraints of good commercial practice.

Our commitment includes respect for the choices and preferences of customers and users of our products and services regardless of our own preferences, technical, commercial or other backgrounds and customs.

Our commitment as providers of products and services, requires the setting of priorities. They shall be set in such a manner that long term business sustainability and customer confidence is considered to be of greater significance than short term gains. To that end, priorities for attention are, assigned in the following order:

  • Customer needs
  • Product excellence
  • Provider needs
