It was a typical piece of journalism in that it gave to viewers what viewers like to see; bad news. It omitted to point out that there are thousands upon thousands of conscientious tradesmen with sound business ethics that strive really hard to satisfy their customers. But then, there is nothing really very newsworthy in that is there? |

Twenty guidance modules on specific aspects of auditing ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems (QMS) are available free of charge from ISO and another three are being developed. (The modules are available online only). |
