Welcome to the QBSA On-Line Membership Application Process.
Overview of the Application Process
In the following screens, we will ask you for the details we need to process your application
and chosen method of payment:
- The first part of the process requires you to log-on, if you have not already done so, in order
to give you a user name and password to be able access the 'members only' sections of the site
should your membership application be successful.
- We will then ask you to choose the type of membership.
- We will then ask for your contact details. You may, if you wish, specify a different delivery
address to which any purchases you make in our Market Place will be sent.
- We will then ask you for any information that will allow us to process your membership
request.
- Finally, we will ask you to select your chosen payment method.

All information is kept in the strictist confidence and is not disclosed to third parties.
IMPORTANT: The information you are about to enter will be subject to retrospective
scrutiny and review.
Your membership grade will be automatically allocated from the data you will enter.
QBSA shall verify a selection of applicants' submitted data and postal submission of evidence of
qualifications and experience may be requested.
Failure to submit such data or evidence of false claims may result in re-grading or termination
of membership.
